Important Company Update: Coronavirus
Providing Government Guidelines stay the same, Avon Timber Merchants will be re-opening on the 27th April 2020.
The health and safety of our employees, customers and suppliers is still our number one concern and we will be following guidance from the Government. We will be following procedures and processes produced for the industry by the Builders Merchants Federation.
We will be opening to Trade Customers only for both collections and deliveries. All collections must be pre-ordered by phone or via email. Allocated time slots will be issued upon placing any orders for collection. Please do not attempt to visit our branch without placing an order or being given an allocated time slot. Lead times for deliveries have been extended.

Our website remains closed for purchases. We will not be taking on-line orders at this time and the quote function will be unavailable.
We will be reviewing Non-Trade/General Public orders in the coming weeks and will communicate this once a decision has been made.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.00pm. We will remain closed on Saturdays until further notice.
We will be working with a limited number of staff but we will do our utmost to help and support our customers through this unprecedented and difficult time.
