We offer a range of softwood and hardwood door linings:

• Oak Door Linings – Perfect for a natural, premium finish

• MDF Door Linings – Affordable & easy to paint

• Pine Linings – A traditional versatile choice

• Ash, Tulipwood, Sapele & Walnut – Durable hardwood door linings, planed and ready to paint, stain or varnish

Need a specific size or require door casings? We provide custom machining on request.

• Standard thicknesses: 27mm finished size (timber), 25mm finished size (MDF).

• Standard widths including 120mm finished size, 145mm finished size and 170mm finished size wide door linings.

• Bespoke machining is available for non-standard openings and custom requirements, including door casings, please email your requirement to [email protected] for assistance today.

• Each door lining set includes 2no lining legs and 1no head (with optional trenching).

• Linings required for fire doors have a 15x4mm groove machined into the face of the lining to allow for the installation of an intumescent strip (sold separately). This assists the fire protection requirement for fire-rated doors – consult your door’s certification for further information.
