This product is a bespoke product machined in-house from American Oak.

Our unprocessed oak arrives in lengths usually between 2.4m - 3.9m, if you have specific length requirements then you may make a request above, however, we must emphasize the fact that we cannot guarantee specific lengths.

All of our solid timber architraves are supplied with a smooth machined finish ready to apply the finishing product of your choice.

The machining process will slightly reduce the overall size of your selected nominal size by approximately 5mm in both width and thickness, with the approximate finish size indicated in brackets.

Since timber is a natural product each section may contain a different grain pattern, natural figuring and some small pin knots.

At Avon Timber, our standard delivery charge (for up to 3m length) is automatically calculated during the checkout process, unless you opt for collection. We provide a weekday (hereby referred to as a working day) delivery service (Monday to Friday), and the lead times for your delivery are dependent on the items in your cart, as detailed below:

Up to 12 working days: Skirting, Architrave, Door Lining Sets, Windowboards (all excluding MDF), External Cladding, Stair Parts, Planed Hardwoods, Saige brand products, and Veneered Sheet Materials.

Up to 7 working days: MDF Products, stocked items in the 'Merchant Products' category (including core treated and untreated timbers), Decking, Fencing (excluding Saige brand products), Planed Redwood, Pine Cladding, Flooring, Mouldings, Sheet Materials (excluding Veneered Sheet Materials), and OSMO products.

Doors will be delivered as soon as possible, typically within 10 working days if in stock at XL Joinery. If out of stock, delivery times depend on XL Joinery's restocking schedule. For urgent door requests, please contact us before placing your order.

For orders containing a mix of items, the longest lead time will apply. Note that delivery times exclude weekends and Bank holidays.

If you need to place an order for a quick delivery or a Saturday delivery, please email your request to websales@avontimber.co.uk, and we'll do our best to help, where possible. If you've requested a quote through the website without mentioning any special requests regarding your delivery then the actual lead time, based on our standard delivery service, will be provided in our response.

Collection Information:

We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm and Saturday morning from 8am to 11.45am, MDF Products and stocked items in the 'Merchant Products' category are available immediately unless they are out of stock, in which case, we will notify you of their availability as soon as possible.

Doors will be arranged for collection as soon as possible, typically within 10 working days if in stock at XL Joinery. If out of stock, delivery times depend on XL Joinery's restocking schedule. For urgent door requests, please contact us before placing your order.

For all other products, including Skirting, Architrave, Door Lining Sets, Windowboards (all excluding MDF), External Cladding, Stair Parts, Planed Hardwoods, Saige brand products, and Veneered Sheet Materials, please allow approximately 10-12 working days of lead time.
