CLS Timber Studding
CLS (Canadian Lumber Standard) is a factory produced timber component ideally suited to the needs of modern construction. This softwood product is kiln-dried, strength-graded and planed all round to give four rounded corners, for ease of handling. The 50 x 75mm (38x63 f/s) CLS is the most commonly used timber section for stud wall frames, in the construction industry.

Since timber is a natural product each section may contain a different grain pattern, natural figuring and some small pin knots.
