Benchmark Pine One Piece 180mm Stair Newel (Cap Sold Separately)
91mm (or 45mm for Half Newel) x 91mm x 1500mm (Overall Length)
The newel top is 180mm, the turning in the middle is 559mm and the newel base is 761mm.
The newel is manufactured in the UK by Cheshire Mouldings Ltd from Scandinavian Softwood, and is designed to be fitted at the bottom and top of the staircase in between the hand and base rails. The half newels are used in situations where the handrail finishes on a wall.
