• MACHINED TO ORDER: While our raw oak typically arrives in lengths between 2.4m - 3.9m, you can REQUEST SPECIFIC LENGTHS to accommodate your project needs using the dropdown box above. However, please note that although every effort will be made to satify your request, we cannot make guarantees as it all depends on what can be supplied to us at the time of ordering.
• EXPERT CRAFTSMANSHIP: The expert machining guarantees your oak skirting board is READY FOR YOUR CHOSEN FINISH, bringing a touch of refinement to your space. The machining process will slightly reduce the overall size of your selected nominal size by approximately 5mm in both width and thickness, with the approximate finish size of the skirting board indicated in brackets.
• NATURAL CHARACTER: As a natural product, each section of our oak skirting boards may display distinct GRAIN PATTERNS, NATURAL FIGURING, and some small pin knots, enhancing the unique character of each piece.

Delivery Information:
At Avon Timber, our standard delivery charge is automatically calculated during the checkout process, unless you opt for collection. We provide a weekday (hereby referred to as a working day) delivery service (Monday to Friday), and the lead times for your delivery are dependent on the items in your cart, as detailed below:
Up to 12 working days: Skirting, Architrave, Door Lining Sets, Windowboards (all excluding MDF), External Cladding, Stair Parts, Planed Hardwoods, Saige brand products, and Veneered Sheet Materials.
Up to 7 working days: MDF Products, stocked items in the 'Merchant Products' category (including core treated and untreated timbers), Decking, Fencing (excluding Saige brand products), Planed Redwood, Pine Cladding, Flooring, Mouldings, Sheet Materials (excluding Veneered Sheet Materials), and OSMO products.
Doors will be delivered as soon as possible, typically within 10 working days if in stock at XL Joinery. If out-of-stock, delivery depends on XL Joinery's stock refresh. Urgent door requests can be addressed by contacting us before placing an order.
For orders with a mix of items, the longest lead time applies, excluding weekends and Bank holidays.
